Les Trois Petits Cochons (The 3 Little Pigs that came from France) started in 1975 as a small charcuterie in the heart of New York's Greenwich Village. Among their satisfied customers were Mimi Sheraton, James Beard, and others. They got the idea to open a bigger store and years later in 1990, they expanded their operation and moved to their 'House of Bricks', in Wilkes Barre, PA. Les Trois Petits Cochons is recognized for using all-natural, high quality ingredients and by crafting small, handmade batches; the three little pigs continue to attract the customers.

This Pate de Campagne or Country Pate is a classically prepared coarse pate made of ground pork, onions, garlic and spices and pairs traditionally well with French Baguette, Tuscan Bread, Rustic Bread and full-bodied red wine.

We have this Country Pate available in a small version of 8 ounces or a large pate of 3 pounds.
