Nielsen-Massey is known for their vanilla beans and extracts, but they also have a few other extracts, like this Pure Lemon Extract. Lemon is a flavor we all use very frequently and generously. The Pure Lemon Extract could complement just about any dish, but is has a special affinity for vanilla, orange, and almond.
