Salametto Piccante is a Spanish-influenced dry chorizo. Brick-red in color and seasoned with pimenton de la Vera. Piquant and slightly smoky. If you are not so into piquant, try the full flavored Salametto.
This sausage is about 12 inches long, 12 ounces in weight and the best way to eat it is in 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick slices.
