Suga Rose, or Pink Sauce, it is Sauces 'n Love's version of the famed Tuscan Vodka sauce. This is a cream sauce; the cream is added for texture and richness and thus the sauce it not heavy.

Pasta sauce is usually called sugo in Italy; in the north, milk or cream sauces are prominent; their gracious texture and richness are the perfect complement for the light, delicate fresh pasta northerners prefer. Try the Suga Rosa with a fresh pasta, in lasagna, over seared scallops or other white fish.
