Keith and Pam Pollack, the master minds behind the Z-crackers developed these addictive crackers while experimenting with the dough they used to make for their savory pies.
We sell 5 flavors:
Cayenne and Cumin: a taste of Spain and the flavor will bring you back to Seville. Try it with: Manchego, smoked salmon, guacamole, salsa or fig or quince paste.
Garlic and Basil: A visit to the ancient city of Genoa was the inspiration for this combination. Try it with: Fresh Mozzarella, Shaved Parmesan, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers.
Kalamata Olive: Imagine overlooking the Mediterranean from Santorini while sipping red wine. Try it with: eggplant dip, hummus, tapenade, Greek yogurt or Feta cheese.
Red Onion and Rosemary: A taste of Rome where red onion and rosemary top sheets of Boccaccio nine feet long. Try it with: Fresh Goat Cheese, Fresh Ricotta, soft-ripened cheese or dipped in olive oil.
Sea Salt and Olive Oil: This is the most basic cracker. It was created to enhance the flavor of any pairing. Try it with: Brie, St. Andre, salsa, hummus, dips or crumbled into soup.
