In 1997, La Panzanella began producing an herb-infused rustic cracker; the Croccantini. This means 'Crunchy Little Bite' in Italian. The formula came from an original Italian recipe making use of locally available ingredients. These artisanal gourmet crackers are carefully mixed and formed by dedicated bakers.
