Instructions
Heat the grill to maximum heat. Cut the bottom off the endive head, discard the hard center piece, separate the leaves and wash and dry them.

Fill the leaves with the goat cheese and sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Drizzle with oil and place the Belgian endive about 4 inches under the grill for 3 minutes.
