Brie with honey and chives

An elegant dessert with one of the best known French cheeses.
Ingredients
140 grams
2 tablespoons honey
10 sprigs chives
Instructions
Cut the brie in thin slices and place these on two plates. Allow the brie to get to room temperature. Warm the honey slightly and add the chives that are cut in small pieces. Poor the honey over the brie.
