Camembert from the oven
Camembert in a different light.
Ingredients
1 whole large carrot
3 stalks celery
1 whole
camembert cheese
, in wooden box
1 pinch cumin
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Peel and wash the carrot and cut the carrot into long, thick matches. Do the same with the celery.
Serve the camembert in its box with the carrot and celery sticks to dip into the cheese.
Discard the plastic and paper wrap around the Camembert. Cut a cross in the rind of the camembert and sprinkle with cumin. Place the camembert back in its wooden box and place the box on a baking sheet covered with backing paper. Bake the cheese 15 minutes in the oven until it melts.
