Chicken stuffed with goat cheese

Chicken is a versatile kind of meat that can be combined with every type of cheese.
Ingredients
10 grams thyme, minced
100 grams soft Goat cheese
1 whole spring onion, in rings
black pepper
4 whole chicken breasts, no skin, no bone, R-T-C
100 grams serrano ham
25 grams butter
175 milliliters chicken broth
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
Mix the goat cheese with the sping onion, the thyme and pepper. Cut the chicken breasts open like an envelop and stuff each with one-forth of the cheese mixture. Close the chicken firmly and wrap the chicken tightly in the ham.
Heat the butter in a non-sticky skillet and bake the chicken breast light brown in 15 minutes or until they are done. Turn them regularly. Cover the chicken with aluminium foil to keep them warm.
Stir the broth, honey, soy sauce and thyme in the skillet and clear the pan, dissolving all brown bits in 2-3 minutes, creating a gravy. Add some salt and peper to taste.
