Figs with stilton cheese

A fresh touch to an almost traditional combination of figs and stilton cheese.
Ingredients
8 figs
50 grams stilton cheese
100 milliliters dessert wine
Instructions
Wash the figs and cut them crosswise from the top downwards. Crumble the cheese and put the cheese in the figs.
Preheat the grill. Place the figs in a dish and allow the cheese to melt in 7-8 minutes under the grill.
Cook the dessert wise until a syrup.
Divide the figs over 4 plates and sprinkle the wine around them.
