Fried mozzarella with lemon dressing

Mozzarella can be eaten as it is bought, but fried gives the cheese a little bit more taste.
Ingredients
3 whole shallots, minced
1 whole lime
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon capers
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
salt and pepper
3 balls mozzarella cheese
flour
olive oil
Instructions
Mix a dressing from the shallots, lime juice and lime peel, garlic, capers, mustard seeds and salt and pepper. Dry the mozzarella cheese. Dry the mozzarella balls and cut each ball in equal slices. Coat the mozzarella with flour mixed with salt and pepper. Get rid of the overabundance of flour. Heat the oil in a non-stick and bake each side fo the cheese slices a minute. Arrange the cheese over 4 plates.
