Goat cheese and grilled pineapple

Cheese and fruit will always go well together. Baking both will add an extra dimension to the flavors.
Ingredients
100 grams goat cheese
4 slices pineapple
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey
5 sprigs thyme
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175C. Slice the goat cheese in 4 equal parts and place these and the pineapple slices on a baking sheet. Mix butter and honey and baste the pineapple with this mixture. Spinkle thyme on the pineapple slices.
Place baking sheet in the oven and bake approx. 8 minutes. Divide pineapple over 4 plates, top these with the cheese and decorate with thyme.
