Gorgonzola mushrooms

An easy recipe that will add flavor to your meal.
Ingredients
250 grams mushrooms,
50 grams Gorgonzola picante cheese,
1 slice bread,
1 tablespoon olive oil,
1 sprig thyme,
salt and pepper,
Instructions
Brush the mushrooms clean and cut the stems from the caps. Finely chop the stems and mix the gorgonzola cheese through these finely cut stems. Crumble the bread and mix this, together with the oil and the Gorgonzola mixture. Add some fresh time and salt and pepper.
Sprinkle salt and pepper in the mushroom caps and fill them with the mixture you prepared. Grease a sheet of aluminium foil. Place the mushroom on the foil, heads down, and close the aluminum foil. Place the packages approximately 10 minutes on a barbecue.
