Open sandwich with brie and strawberries

A quick and delicious combination of fruit and cheese.
Ingredients
100 grams Brie cheese,
4 whole strawberries,
2 slices white bread, thick slices,
olive oil,
pepper,
4 sprigs spring onions, chopped,
Instructions
Preheat the grill.
Cut the brie cheese in six long slices and slice the strawberries as well.
Spread olive oil on both sides of the white bread slices and toast the bread under the grill on both sides golden brown.
Top the slices of bread with the brie and the strawberries and alternate the two. Sprinkle with pepper and put the sandwiches under the grill for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with some spring onions.
