Brunet is a young goat's milk cheese from Piedmont region in Italy. The cheese is a small round thin disk of 8.8 ounces. It has a soft thin bloomy rind and a soft and creamy interior. There is no reason to discard the rind it is very edible.

The interior of the cheese smells like mushrooms and is incredibly soft with some tangy finish.
