NOTICE: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the huge increase in demand for shipping services, our logistic partners FedEx and USPS can not guarantee exact delivery day at this time.

How do I get Free Standard Shipping?

All orders over $50 shipping within the contiguous 48 states that do not contain items that require special handling or overnight or express shipping will receive Free Standard Shipping via either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority mail based on which service will provide the quickest shipping time. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping. Also, certain other items that must be shipped Next-Day or 2-Day Air (see below) are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping.

What Items do NOT qualify for Free Standard Shipping?

Items that require special overnight or express shipping such as cakes, caviar, steaks, and some very soft delicate cheeses & butter. If you have one item in your shopping cart that requires overnight or express shipping this will apply to the entire order.

How do you pack my perishable items?

We pack all perishable items in insulated boxes with reusable gel icepacks to keep your items cool during transport and ensure that your selections arrive fresh and delicious. Whenever possible we use packaging materials that are 100% curbside recyclable!

Why are certain delivery days not available?

To prevent your package from sitting in storage at unknown temperatures over a weekend or during a holiday or non-delivery day, we are not able to schedule shipments that travel over the weekend or during a holiday or a non-delivery day.

Can you ship to Canada or outside of the continental US?

Unfortunately we cannot currently ship outside of the continental US.
