The simplest form of a Swiss Cheese Fondue is to combine equal quantities of Emmentaler and Gruyere. For this assortment we have chosen the cave-aged versions of both Emmentaler and Gruyere, just to give an extra spark to your Cheese Fondue.
With the addition of white wine, garlic to rub the inside of the fondue pot, freshly ground pepper and may be a pinch of nutmeg and salt and you're ready to dip your freshly cut crusty bread into this golden 'sauce' and enjoy and savor the rich flavors of Swiss gourmet cheese. Our 2-pound Aged Cheese Fondue Assortment will serve 6-8 people. (Fondue forks and cheese board are not included)
