Parmigiano Reggiano (8 oz.) a hard fragrant and delicate gourmet cheese that has a grainy texture that is great for grating and melting.
Gorgonzola Dolce (8 oz.) a mild blue cheese that is almost spreadable and often referred to as sweet Grogonzola.
Fontina Fontal (8 oz.) a mild version of the Fontina val d'Aosta often used in cooking and also great with some crackers.
Sharp Provolone Cheese (5 oz.) made here in the US. Aged for 7 months to develop a sharp flavor.
