The flakey crust is hand-made and really accentuates the attention to detail. The filling is not made from mashed vegetables; you will find real broccoli florets that are nicely contrasted against the yellow cheddar cheese. The finishing touch is a creamy seasoned egg and cream blend that makes the quiche a winner.
We keep the product frozen, but ship it refrigerated, so it will thaw during transport. Once the product is thawed, keep it refrigerated for 5-7 days before cooking. Pre-heat an oven to 300 degrees F, remove packaging and cook 30-40 minutes.
