A crunchy snack that looks like small rectangular puffy stick. These traditional palesi have a lot of similarities with a focaccia and has its tradition in the village of Palo del Colle, in Apulia, in southern Italy.
Made with wheat and olive oil; they are a great way to scoop up your favorite dip. Serve them with cheese or meat or a spread, savory or sweet.
Ingredients:wheat flour, high oleic sunflower oil, olive oil, salt, brewer's yeast, malted wheat flour.
May contain traces of milk, sesame, soy.
