This 2 year old English Cheddar, Westminster Farmer's Reserve is made from pasteurized Holstein Friesian cow's milk, coming from the Barber family's farm in Somerset, England.
Once the cheese is made it is pressed into blocks and safely stored in wooden cheese boxes for 2 years to ripen into the delicious Westminster Farmer's Reserve Cheddar. The aged cheddar has a full flavor with salty crystals and hints of fruit.
A great cheddar for your cheese board; pair with Zinfandel, or a Cabernet Sauvignon or if you are a beer drinker try it with a wheat beer or an IPA.
