This red-orange caviar is the roe from fresh wild Alaska Salmon and is also called Ikura, Keta and Chum. It contains many nutrients and is high in protein. This crisp and clean Caviar is impressive and vibrant and can be enjoyed in many ways.

Perfect over toast or crackers or blinis with some butter and a drop of lemon, rice, eggs, steak and so much more. Use the beautiful large pearls to enhance the texture and appeal of an appetizer.

For the price you can't beat this roe. I ordered some from another company a year back and it was labelled Ikura. I used it as a garnish for pasta dishes for which it was great but on crackers it was a little overpowering. THIS brand came in a traditional caviar tin and was labelled mallosol -little salt- and lived up to the name. I was very impressed with this - tasted amazing on crackers with whipped cream cheese and chives. It has a wonderful finish and is great paired with champagne. I'd definitely order this again.
