This cheese torta has 3 layers; a base of cream cheese, then a layer of pesto and a top layer of sweet and tart dried tomatoes.
You can spread on rustic bread, bagels and crackers or thin it with milk and use it as a base for a creamy dried tomato and pesto sauce for your pasta, creamy soup, risotto, or as a filling for crepes and flour tortillas.
