This award-winning gourmet cheese has a mellow flavor and sweet, salted caramel finish. Bay Blue Cheese is aged for 90 days, during which it develops a thin natural rind. The cheese is moist, fudgy, buttery texture, in other words, rich and decadent.

We hand-cut and wrap the Bay Blue Cheese in wedges of 1 pound and 8 ounces.
