In 2018 Brian Baily was named CEO of Yancey's Fancy Cheese Company. He joined the company in 1995, and became a partner with brothers Richard and Tony Kutter, who inherited the company from their father in 1962. Brian Bailey is a skilled cheese maker having spent a great deal of time in countries such as Finland, Denmark, Holland, France, Sweden, and Germany, began developing more varieties of cheese.
Throughout its 60 year history, Kutter's Cheese/Yancey's Fancy has established a reputation for high quality, innovative products. In recent years, Yancey's Fancy has launched in excess of fifty new and exciting varieties of cheeses that reintroduced the flavors that made New York famous for handcrafted cheddar cheeses many years ago.
