Inspired by Gruyere, this Wisconsin version called Grand Cru is a heavily awarded cheese adored by many, and eager to please a crowd. This cheese has the texture and flavor of big Alpine cheeses from Europe, like Gruyere and Comte. Think nutty, salty and savory flavors, featuring umami and brothy notes. It's a divine melting cheese, ideal for fondue, grilled cheese, mac & cheese, and more.

Grand Cru features an array of tastes and complexity. Caramel, fruit, and mushroom are prominent notes, followed by the full-bodied rich, sweet and buttery notes of cocoa, toasted nuts and hay.

To make this award-winning cheese, traditional copper vats are imported help to transform fresh milk from Wisconsin family farms into artisanal cheese.
