Green Hill is a double-cream cow's milk cheese, aged for approximately 2 weeks. This gourmet cheese has a white, bloomy rind and a rich and smooth, velvety flavor with hints of fresh grass. Inside the beautiful rind you'll find a bright yellow cheese, caused by the higher butterfat composition in the milk due to rotational grazing at Sweet Grass Dairy's farm in southern Georgia state.

This crowd-pleaser is a Sweet Grass Dairy original, already receiving 8 major awards at various American Cheese Society Competitions. Green Hill is handcrafted and has a subtle mushroomy flavor with a silky texture that pairs well with honey, fruits, preserves and nuts.
