Just Jack melts easily: ideal for a grilled cheese or a cheese sauce, like in Mac & Cheese.
Just Jack pairs well with beer, especially an Indian Pale Ale or a Red Ale. It can also be enjoyed with a Chardonnay, and goes well with a Riesling or Cabernet Sauvignon.
