This Maple Smoked Cheddar has a smooth, buttery and smoky taste. Made with rich Jersey cow milk, Grafton cold-smokes this cheddar over smoldering maplewood chips for up to 4 hours. Notes of campfire and smoked ham delight the senses.

Melt this cheddar on a roast beef sandwich, stuff a quesadilla, or snack away with apples and crusty bread.

Pair the cheese with a Pinot Noir, a Merlot or a full-flavored beer.

Delicious combination of the sharpness of cheddar, smoke, and the sweetness of maple. Reminds me a bit of smoked Gruyere.
