Manchege is the best known cheese in Spain and rightly so; it is made from sheep's milk, has an ivory colored interior with a firm texture and is delicious with a glass of wine.
The cheese is also a wonderful cheese in sauces on pizza etc.
Ingredients:pasteurized Manchega sheep's milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride, preserving agent: egg lysozyme (from egg whites). Natamycin applied to non-edible rind. Coloring: caramel.
