This gourmet cheese is full of savory Mediterranean flavor. Complementing the creamy butter notes of Toma, Point Reyes added herbs de Provence: rosemary, basil, marjoram, savory, and wild thyme.

Like the original Toma, TomaProvence cheese is made with pasteurized cow's milk and a vegetarian rennet. It is aged for 90 days and encased in a waxed rind.

This gourmet cheese is semi-hard cheese, it has a creamy texture and creamy, butter notes combined with flavors of savory and herbs de Provence.

A great snacking cheese; it pairs beautifully with olives on a fresh baguette, or an extensive cheese or charcuterie board.


Ingredients:cultured pasteurized cow's milk, herbs de Provence (rosemary, thyme, basil and savory), kosher salt, enzymes. Enzyme (rennet) is microbial, classified as vegetarian by the FDA.
