Cream and farm fresh butter with freshly squeezed lemon juice are the prime ingredients of this deliciously refreshing cheesecake. This zesty bakery creation rests on a crust of vanilla wafer cookies and has a diameter of 9 inches and it is approximately 3 inches high; enough to serve 8-10 people.

The Lemon Cheesecake is handmade, freshly baked specifically for your order and will ship 2 business days after your order is placed. It will be shipped directly from the baker in its own thickly insulated shipping box, packed with dry ice, and will incur a separate shipping charge.

Ingredients:cream cheese (pasteurized nonfat milk and milk fat, cheese culture, salt, stabilizers [xanthan and/or carob bean and/or guar gums]), sugar, eggs, sour cream (cultured pasteurized grade A milk and cream, enzymes), fresh lemon juice, vanilla (vanilla bean extractives in water and alcohol [41%]), lemon zest. Crust: graham cracker (enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], sugar, graham flour, vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: palm, canola, soybean with TBHQ [antioxidant]), high fructose corn syrup, honey, contains 2% or less of: molasses, salt, baking soda, soy lecithin, malted cereal syrup, sodium sulfite, artificial flavor. Buttercream icing: confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), butter (cream, natural flavoring, contains milk), shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, with pg mono emulsifier added), meringue powder (corn starch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic [emulsifier], calcium sulfate, citric acid, cream of tartar, silicone dioxide [anti caking agent], and artificial flavors, butter (cream, natural flavoring, contains: milk).
