The Fig Sourdough Crispbread is made to an authentic Swedish recipe with natural ingredients that include whole-wheat flours, spelt flour, fresh milk, honey and naturally fermenting sourdough that is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made.
A generous amount of fig pieces are added to the mix to produce a delicious, sweet taste.
The Peter’s Yard range is a natural choice for cheese as it doesn’t overpower or mask the flavors of the cheese and the Fig variety works well with all types of cheese but is particularly recommended alongside a soft goat's milk or flavorsome blue cheese.
