2's Company has made delicious wafer thin crackers that are gluten free. They are very tasty and as good as any gluten containing cracker. It was happy surprise to us to find such quality gluten free cracker.
The Australian crackers are thin, light, crisp, flavorful and they have a waffle imprint on the surface. The fact that they are thin, makes them a very good partner for cheese, pate, and dips; they don't overshadow the topping.
They are also wonderful on their own or as a bread alternative with soup, pasta and a salad.
