Slow churned butter seasoned with sea salt for a luxuriously tasting butter that will make your toast or cracker just tad more exiting. Also a great start when making compound butters.
On Dairy Road Farms' cows cows spend a lot of time outside, and the color of the butter is therefore slightly yellow, due to the carotene in the grass the cows eat. In the creamery the butters are slowly churned in small batches. The result: a thick, creamy, and rich butter. It is called a European-style with a 85 percent fat content.
You can freeze this butter up to 24 months. To protect against freezer burn, which can alter the taste, we recommend placing the original packaging in a resealable plastic bag for additional protection.
