Ravioli with Squash Filling

Ravioli that can be kept outside the refrigerator is a very handy food item to have and these little pillows have a filling of butternut squash.

The natural sweetness of the butternut squash filling is underlined with Amaretti and nutmeg and given a nice counterpoint with the somewhat salty, nutty flavor of Parmesan cheese.

Cook in slightly salted water for approximately 15-16 minutes. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce


Ingredients:pasta: wheat semolina, eggs, water.
filling: Parmesan cheese (milk, salt, rennet), bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, salt), dehydrated squash, sunflower oil, Amaretti (sugar, apricot kernels, egg whites, wheat flour, lactose, milk protein, butter, natural almond flavor, baking soda [sodium bicarbonate]), salt, nutmeg, pepper.
