Blackberry Patch was founded by farmers in 1988, they harvested local fruits and used time-honored Southern techniques to make jams, jellies and syrups. The company's goal then was the same as it is now: to make handmade, small batch, high-quality, goods using real fruits and family recipes. In 1999, Randy Harvey and Harry T. Jones, a pair of entrepreneurs with more than 40 years of combined business and food industry experience, acquired Blackberry Patch and began expanding the product assortment.
Today, their fruit syrups, fruit ketchup and other products are all handcrafted in Thomasville, Georgia, a welcoming, small Southern town that has served as a source of inspiration for many of the time-tested recipes. Blackberry Patch's products have a just-like-mother-made-it good taste, because each is made with all-natural flavors and ingredients.
