CakeLove is all about love; the love of sharing. Warren Brown started CakeLove in 2002 because sharing his love for food was something he used to do from a young age. Cooking for his family, cooking for roommates in college. He even created a study group called Gastronomy and the Law when he was in law school.
Creating CakeLove seems like a natural extension of that sharing and it is still the driving force of CakeLove today.
From studying law to baking cakes, Warren is busy in this sweet business. For a couple of years he hosted the Food Network show, Sugar Rush, he opened a Love Cafe in Washington DC and if that's not enough, he is the author of multiple cookbooks, all about baking, cakes and pies. Nor surprise, Warren loves baking.
His baking continues to evolve and he is constantly learning and refining his craft by experimenting with different ingredient combinations, almost like a science experiment.
CakeLove in a Jar is the result of engaging with customers and soliciting their ideas and feedback.
Our Featured CakeLove Product
A single serving of a salty caramel cake in a resealable jar - how wonderful is that?
We're talking fresh ingredients and simple recipes with only natural sweeteners and no artificial preservatives. These cakes in a jar are baked from scratch and Cake Love does not take short cuts.
Scooping the content of the jar you will find vanilla cream cheese frosting, vanilla cake, homemade caramel, and sea salt. And according the Cake Love the caramel alone would be worth it.
