Salami or Salumi Calabrese is made from fresh pork cuts that are combined with paprika, chili peppers and other spices then slow aged for 60 Days. This Italian made product is packed here in the USA and ensures that the product inside is the freshest you can get next to slicing it yourself.

Salami Calabrese has a spicy flavor profile, low acidity, and a smooth texture that is pleasing to the palate. Calabrese salami is one of the meats on an Italian sandwich, or part of a antipasto platter, and great as a pizza topping.
