This bloomy white gourmet cheese goes by the name of Saint Andre and is produced in the Normandy region of northwestern France. It is a heavenly rich triple cream cheese made with cow's milk and heavy sweet cream is added during cheese production and the result; creamy, buttery, delicious.

Underneath the velvety white edible rind you will find a rich silky center, almost as rich as butter with a little tangy flavor. This small French gourmet cheese as a little bit of an aroma, but will not invade you space.

The full, buttery taste of Saint Andre will match up greatly with a crusty French bread as well as a plain cracker.

Ingredients:pasteurized milk, cream, salt, lactic starters, enzyme, penicillium candidum and geotrichum.
One of my top 5 favorites, Saint Andre is the star of the show on your cheese board! Just add a baguette!

St Andre is a wonderful soft ripened cheese, especially when you are patient enough to allow it to come to room temp before you enjoy it. With a balsamic or garlic cracker it is divine but my favorite way to eat it is to warm it ever so slightly in the microwave - not more that a few seconds gets the aroma going and my mouth watering when I am going to spread it on a crostini with a bit of roasted chicken and a touch of olive oil. OMG good!

An excellent brie that you can find in most fine shops. Firm and flavorful when its new, and as it ages it gets creamier and more flavorful. Delicious with fruit and nuts.
