Basil & Potato Gnocchi

Nuovo's Gnocchi are all natural, artisan Italian dumplings. The Basil and Potato Gnocchi are beautiful in color, vibrantly green as well as small pieces of the basil herb visible.

The basil flavor is dominantly present in this soft gnocchi. Use it in your soup, your salad, as a side dish to your meat of fish dishes and don't forget to serve it just with your favorite sauce.

Traditionally gnocchi are served with tomato sauce, pesto and melted butter and cheese and are typically homemade in Italian and Italian-American households. These gourmet gnocchi are created by hand in the tradition of fine chefs and held to exacting standards that have earned Nuovo national awards and critical acclaim at culinary competitions.

Cook in salted boiling water for 1 minute or until desired tenderness. Drain, toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
