Ingredients:ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, salt), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes powdered cellulose to prevent caking), Romano cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes powdered cellulose to prevent caking), Parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes powdered cellulose to prevent caking), whole milk, white pepper.
Pasta: corn starch, potato starch, potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, mono and diglycerides, ascorbic acid, citric acid), tapioca starch, xanthan gum, whole dried eggs, filtered water and sea salt.
Prepared in a facility that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, soy, egg, fish, milk, wheat and other potential allergens.
