Portabella & Fontina Ravioli

A mix of slowly roasted portabella mushrooms sauteed with finely chopped shallots and red wine. This savory mix is blended with fontina cheese a then piped into a brown and egg shade classic square ravioli. They are packed in 9-oz atmosphere controlled packages.

Ingredients:Filling: portabella, ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, salt), fontina cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, rennet), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized whole milk, culture, salt, enzymes), breadcrumbs (unbleached wheat flour, sugar, yeast, sea salt), butter, egg whites, garlic, salt, parsley, red wine, cornstarch, blended oil (olive/canola oil), herbs.
Pasta: durum flour, water, eggs, caramel, turmeric oil.
