Ricotta & Parmigiano Tortellini

A centuries old combination of the finest Italian Parmigiano, romano, fresh mozzarella and whole milk ricotta is encased in a cappelletti or 'little hat' handmade style tortellini.

Nuovo began in 1989 with a small imported pasta machine, a wooden rolling pin and a deep passion for pasta. Since then Nuovo has received numerous culinary awards and gained national distinction for its line of specialty pasta.

This tortellini is a fresh pasta that needs to be kept refrigerated.

Ingredients:Filling: ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, salt), Mozzarella cheese (pasteurized whole milk, culture, salt, enzymes), Parmesan cheese (part skimmed pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, rennet), Romano cheese (made from cow's milk, salt, enzymes), breadcrumbs (unbleached what flour, evaporated cane juice/sugar, yeast, sea salt), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk, salt, rennet), parsley, natural parmesan flavor (parmesan cheese (milk, culture, salt, enzymes), salt, yeast extract, unsalted butter, corn oil, olive oil, creme powder, sugar and natural flavoring), blended oil (olive/canola oil), black pepper, salt, nutmeg.
Pasta: durum flour, water, eggs, turmeric oil.
