Tri-color Mozzarella & Herb Tortelloni

This classic combination of creamy ricotta, fresh mozzarella, aged romano and artisan parmesan is encased in a handmade style tortelloni. They are wrapped in a classic combination of spinach pasta, egg pasta and red pepper pasta.

This tortelloni is a fresh pasta that needs to be kept refrigerated.


Ingredients:Filling: ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, salt), parmesan cheese (part skimmed pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, rennet), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized whole milk, culture, salt, enzymes), natural parmesan flavor, (parmesan cheese (milk, culture, salt, enzymes), salt, yeast extract, unsalted butter, corn oil, olive oil, creme powder, sugar and natural flavoring), breadcrumbs (unbleached wheat flour, evaporated cane juice/sugar, yeast, sea salt), basil, parsley, blended oil (olive/canola oil), salt, black pepper, nutmeg.
Pasta: durum flour, water, eggs, diced pepper, spinach powder, tomato powder, annatto turmeric oil.
