Cambozola Black Label is a masterpiece from the German creamery Kaserei Champignon. This is a triple cream soft-ripened blue cheese that is matured in special cold cellars. If a very creamy brie and a blue cheese had a baby, you'd get Cambozola.

The flavor is smooth and creamy, nutty and barely sweet, with a slight blue cheese acidity. A great converter cheese for people unsure about blues, this one will delight the brie lovers and the blue lovers alike.

With a stunning grey velvety rind, this German gourmet cheese will certainly start a cheese conversation. Serve the Cambozola Black Label with a good glass of wine and enjoy.

We hand-cut and wrap this cheese in wedges of 1 pound and 8 ounces and you can also purchase an entire wheel of approximately 4.4 pounds.

Ingredients:pasteurized milk cream, salt, microbial rennet, bacterial cultures, penicillium camemberti, penicillium roqueforti.

Oh My, Oh My.... As a fan (as is my son and my neighbor) I fell in love with Cambozola... when I placed a recent order, Cambozola was out of stock but Cambozola Black was available... could not resist and decided.. OK.. I'll try it! I AM HOOKED! I need to place a larger order because what I have received is nearly gone.. and I have not even given an ounce to anybody who wanted to share with me.. please do not tell..I am ordering the MEGA order before they come after me! I'm French and Blue cheese is in my veins.... pun intended!

AMAZING cheese. So creamy and pungent. We love to spread it on WASA crackers.

The best Cheese I have ever eaten. found in one of our stores one time. When I went back to get more, it was not available. I am so happy to have found it once again. The store was a military commissary with an Internationale section of goodies.
