This Dutch gourmet cheese is an excellent example to try if you are not familiar with goat milk cheese. It is also the perfect cheese if you want to change things up, and take a step away from the assertiveness of what you have come to know with the traditional goat cheese. Cablanca stays in keeping with the goat milk characteristics, yet it is milder than classic unpasteurized goat milk cheeses and offers the advantage of being low in cholesterol.
