Carmody Cheese is a semi-hard cheese with a golden color, a smooth texture and a wonderfully intense butter flavor. If that wasn't enough, as it is aged, this artisanal gourmet cheese becomes sweeter with hints of caramel.
Carmody cheese serves well alongside a salad, melted on sandwiches, or baked into a quiche. It's great with nectarines and assorted citrus fruits or a crudite platter. Its adaptability doesn't stop there; pair with Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pale Ales,or Lager beer.
This cheese is made from the milk of Jersey cows from the Bellwether Farms and aged at least 6 weeks; Bellwether Farms is located in Sonoma County California.

We sell this cheese as an entire wheel (approx. 4 pounds).
