Our Featured Dutch Gourmet Cheese
As you may have guessed, this aged Gouda is named after the famous Dutch painter Rembrandt van Rijn. This award winning Dutch gourmet cheese is aged for one year in a classic natural way.
The cheese is hard, but you will still be able to slice it and the texture will allow you to shred or chunk or melt the cheese; it has a creamy rich flavor, slightly sharp, so ideal on a sandwich, on burger, in a cheese sauce. Pair Rembrandt with a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Shiraz, or with a Trappister Beer or IPA. read more...
